जनसुनवाई पोर्टल की जानकारी हिंदी में: उत्तर प्रदेश में माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ  द्वारा समय-समय पर विभिन्न योजनाएं जाती रही है। इसी कड़ी में लोग को ध्यान में रखते हुए पिछले दिनों उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा एक पोर्टल की शुरुआत की गई थी। इस पोर्टल को शुरू करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य लोगों को इस डिजिटल युग में  एडवांस्ड बनाना है। जनसुनवाई वेबसाइट के माध्यम से सभी लोग अपनी शिकायतों का निस्तारण ऑनलाइन माध्यम से पा सकते हैं। आप अपनी शिकायत की स्थिति के बारे में भी जनसुनवाई पोर्टल के माध्यम से जान सकते हैं।

You simply need to follow the below steps to register your complaint on the official website of  UP Jansunwai Portal: 

• First, you need to click on the official website link of the ‘ऑनलाइन शिकायत पंजीकरण समाधान उत्तर प्रदेश’ by jansunwai.up.nic.in
• Once you click on the above link, you will reach the jansunwai up nic in.
• You need to click on the option called ‘शिकायत पंजीकरण ( संबंधित विभागों और अधिकारियों से सीधे संपर्क करें).’ 

• Ones you clicked on शिकायत पंजीकरण then you get this popup message “ऑनलाइन आवेदकों के लिए वेबसाइट नीतिया” you need to agree to the terms so that click on the “सबमिट करे” button

• Reach the application form page where you need to enter your mobile number or Email Id, captcha code, and proceed. 
• You get the OTP in your mobile number/ email ID.  Enter your OTP on the relevant column and submit it.

• Application forms will be opened where you need to fill in various details such as Name, Father’s Name, Mo. No., Address, District, Tahsil, Vikaskhand, Gram, Thana, etc. 
• Now you need to upload supporting documents for the successful submission of your application form of IGRS, UP.

• Hit the enter button on your keyboard and submit your application form. 
• Take the printout of the application form and jot down the application number for future uses.

• First, click on the official website link @ jansunwai.up.nic.in
• Now the homepage of the official portal will open.
• Click on the link ‘शिकायत की स्थिति(  कार्रवाई का विवरण मोबाइल/  ईमेल के माध्यम से जाने).’ 

• Now enter your complaint number mobile number/  email ID  and captcha code. And submit your entries.

• You can easily view the status of your complaint.

If the Uttar Pradesh government has not  taken the concern over your complaint, you can also send the reminder to the respective officials by following the process given below: 

• Firstly you have to reach the official website homepage by clicking on its link @ jansunwai.up.nic.in. 
• A new page will open where you should click on the link called ‘अनुस्मारक भेजें ( नियत समय तक कार्यवाही  ना होने पर अनुस्मारक भेजें).’
• Enter your complaint number and click the search button.

• Now you can easily send a reminder to the respective officials in the Samadhan Portal of Uttar Pradesh.
• After some time, you will get a reply from the Uttar Pradesh government officials regarding the Complaints Status in IGRS Portal.
