Saksham Yuva Yojna Details
The Saksham Yuva Scheme was introduced by the Government of Haryana for the welfare of the youth in the state. They want to employ the unemployed youth of the state and thus are giving an opportunity to the applied candidates to work for 100 hours a month and get Rs-6000/- paid every month. Saksham Yuva Yojana Objective
The youth of the state who are unemployed even after being educated, cannot get any job anywhere. For those unemployed youth, the Haryana Government has started the Saksham Yuva Yojana, under this scheme unemployed youth will be provided with unemployment allowance.
To reduce unemployment of the state through Saksham Yojana and to provide a high monthly salary by providing jobs based on the educated qualification of unemployed youth. Encourage unemployed youth and young women to take up jobs and make them self-reliant under Haryana Saksham Yuva Yojna 2021.
Saksham Yuva Eligibility
To be eligible for the Saksham Yuva Yojna Haryana you have to consider two types of schemes for eligibility they are here as follows.
- Unemployment allowance Subscheme component.
- Honorarium Sub Scheme Component.

In the Unemployment Allowance Subscheme
- Applicants have to show their income certificate and their family yearly income should not cross 3 lakhs per annum.
- People of age between 18 to 35 years are only eligible to apply for this scheme.
- The candidate who applies has to be an official resident of the state of Haryana.
- Candidates graduation or post-graduation should be completed from a recognized university in the Haryana Government.
- The unemployed applicants get up to Rs 3000/- allowance per month.
- For the Matriculation qualified applicants Rs, 100/- per month will be issued.
- For 10+2 applicants Rs, 900/- per month will be issued.
- For graduates or equivalent candidates Rs, 1500/- per month will be issued.
- For Post Graduates or equivalent applicants Rs, 3000/- will be issued.
In Honorarium Sub Scheme Component
- Candidates who are not residents of the state of Haryana are not eligible to apply for this scheme.
- Those candidates who are dismissed from the state government are not eligible to apply for the scheme.
- Applicants have to show their income certificate and their family yearly income should not cross 3 lakhs per annum.
- Applicants must be unemployed and not get any kind of salary and are only eligible to apply for the scheme.
- Those applicants who complete 100 hours of work are eligible to be paid an amount of Rs 6000/-.
- The candidate should have the 10+2 certificate from a recognized board of the Haryana.
- The candidate should have the two- year diploma certificate after their matric from any university that is recognized by the Haryana Government.

Saksham Yuva Online Registration 2021
Application Procedure of Saksham Yuva Yojana Online – All the candidates who want to apply for the scheme will have to go through the registration process in the official portal.
- Step 1 – Go to the official website, hreyahs.gov.in.
- Step 2 – On the Saksham Yuva Registration Homepage click on the Login/Sign-In Option
- Step 3 – After that Few option will display in that select the Saksham Yuva Option.
- Step 4 – Now enter all the details asked like Name, Mobile Number, Age, DOB, Aadhar Number, etc.
- Step 5 – An OTP will be sent to the registered Mobile Number, Enter the OTP and click on Register.
- Step 6 – Now a password will be sent to you to log in further to your profile.
Procedure to Search for Job Opportunities
- Step 1 – Go to the official portal of Saksham Yuva Yojana, hreyahs.gov.in.
- Step 2 – On the homepage click on “Job Opportunities”.
- Step 3 – The portal will show category-wise jobs like Government, Private or Full Time, Part Time Jobs. Candidates have to select the one they want to pursue and view all the details about it to try and pursue the job.
Saksham Yojana Haryana Benefits
There are few benefits from the Saksham Yuva Yojna.
- The unemployed graduate candidates get to have some employment for the sake of their pocket money to earn Rs 6000/- after working for 100 hours a month and this is for the postgraduate applicants.
- For graduates Rs 1500 per month and Rs 900 per month for 10 + 2 applicants.
- Skill Training – For all the eligible candidates a scheme called “Saksham Yuva-II” skill training will be provided by the state government.
