  2. Click on the “View Circle Rates of your village and Calculate Duties for Land” on the homepage. On the next page click on “Duty Calculator” tab to enter a new page
  3. Select deed type for registration, district, village, area type, Financial year, Tehsil, Patwar cycle, kanoongo circle to calculate the applicable stamp duty for the land in that location
  4. Then enter the captcha code and click on the “Proceed” button to redirect to next page
  5. Now you need to select the category type:
    • Category I: Property in which any point of the concerned Khasra Number or part thereof abuts to a road
    • Category II: 25%less than Category-I property or land in which any point of the concerned Khasra Number or part thereof is the land up to a distance of 50 meters from a road
    • Category III:50% less than Category – I property or land in which no point of the concerned Khasra Number or part thereof is within 50 meters from such road Your circle rate will be varied concerning the categories selected
  6. Also enter the details of the area being transacted, based on that market will be calculated.
  7. Stamp duty will be collected based on the gender
    • Stamp duty – Male – 6%, female – 4%
    • Registration Fee –Male – 2%, Female – 2%
  8. Now enter the transaction amount, now duty will be charged, based on the market value or transaction amount whichever is higher.
  9. Duty will be calculated after entering all the needed information. Note down the amount, it has to be paid at the time of filling the application.
  10. Next, approach Sangam and fill the application.
  11. The visit Registrar office and forward the application inline to the concerned office
  12. Approach the sub-registrar office with concerned documents and get them verified by SRO.
  13. SRO officer will regularize the details by taking photographs and biometrics.
